Chilled Strawberry Soup Directions
293 kilojoules/70 calories per serving 2 cups strawberries, hulled and washed ½ cup apple juice ½ cup orange juice ¼ cup natural skim milk yoghurt Mint for garnish
1. Place the strawberries, apple juice and orange juice into a blender or food processor, puree until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into chilled glasses or bowls, swirl a teaspoon of yoghurt on the top and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
